We would give this place a 12 out of 10 if possible! Alison was a lovely host and made us feel very welcome, even giving us a ride to the starting point of our walk. The annexe itself is lovely with the most comfortable bed we've slept in for ages! There's a well-furnished kitchen, a beautiful garden and overall every detail has clearly been given attention. The perfect stay!

Welcome pack, lovely 😍 with quality food items, especially the Yorkshire Parkin 😋. Very nice back garden. Well equipped kitchen with lots of teatowels and washing up liquid, etc. Very useful utility room. Spacious rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom with first-rate walk-in shower . Very clean property. Plenty of towels. Children's stairgate came in handy. Nice decor and extremely comfortable 👌.

    The property was well equipped and everything was in exceptional condition as if it was new. Spotlessly clean throughout. It has a nice outside terrace ideal for catching the afternoon sun. For those who don't want to eat in there are several pubs just 5 minutes drive away serving good food. The village pub is 10 minutes walk away whilst the menu is small the food is first class. This property exceeded our expectations and the owners were excellent hosts.
