The caravan was clean, cosy and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The water was nice and hot for showers. The area was nice and quiet. Definitely rested. Close to Cockermouth and Buttermere.

We had a great experience at this park home. The place was neat and clean, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with the free snacks, milk, and chocolates on arrival — such a thoughtful touch! While the internet and a few appliances like the lights and freezer could use some attention, it didn’t affect our stay much. Overall, a peaceful and cozy spot with kind hospitality. Would definitely recommend and return😊

Our room was perfect in size, cleanliness, comfort. It was great to go back to the hotel after an active day to enjoy the comfort and quietness of the hotel. The restaurant was great too! I am coeliac and the restaurant could cater for me with plenty of options gluten free (not only the usual salad). The garden and bar with lounge were a nice plus. Location is strategic - could travel to the most iconic Lakes locations in less than 1h time, with the closest lake being only 15 mins away. Lovely stay.

    Property is the perfect place for a trip away, beautifully decorated, very clean, so comfy. The host Louise really has gone out of her way to make it an a lovely place to relax and enjoy. It has everything you could need, little play park on site for little ones, unbelievable locations and site seeing around. There is a little town not too far away with supermarkets, pubs and little stores. Already can’t wait to book again and spend more time here with my family! Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

    We loved the caravan, it was so cosy and comfortable, very clean with everything that you need, it exceeded our expectations☺️ We stayed for two nights with two children under 5 and they loved it so much to the point where my 5 year old boy said we should buy a house just like that in city we live😄 It is in an amazing location, surrounded by lakes and waterfalls with great views. We will definitely be visiting again.

    The location is superb and calms your mind. An ideal place to spend your holiday. the host is super nice too. If you going to Windermere just take an hour and a way to their beautiful sceneries you can see.

    Lovely caravan, very clean and well equiped! Very thoughtful host, Lots of lovely little touches, milk, tea, coffee left. Exceptionally clean. Kids enjoyed the board games. Caravan is in a lovely Location, very quiet and peaceful site. Will not hesitate to return, great value.
