This place exceeded my expectations! The apartment was super spacious, comfy, and stylish. Many details contribute to a special atmosphere: vintage furniture, huge windows, chandeliers, a fireplace, and many more.     Very clean cosy room. Bed and bedding exceptional. Great shower: good water pressure and easy to adjust to required temperature. Best thing is location, location, location. Bus stop immediately outside hotel so easy to leave the car at the hotel and travel into the city. Regular bus service that runs after midnight!! Always on time for me.

    The location was ideal from the centre of Edinburgh. Easy to get to and from by bus. The room had everything I needed for my trip and staff were very helpful in explaining how to use the facilities and how to access my room via the pub and side door. It was a great touch to have a TV that I could access streaming services. The breakfast was lovely and the setting of the conservatory was beautiful, a very relaxing start to the day.
