I didn't need Wifi because my computer had its own. The hotel is very comfortable, cozy and peaceful. The hotel is full of nostalgia and boards about the Titanic and history. I highly recommend!

I loved everything! First of all, they called me beforehand to check if I really wanted the cot in the room since we booked the ‘smallest room’. I thought that was very considerate and still went for the cot because our daughter sleeps better in it. Turned out: the ‘smallest’ room wasn’t that small in my opinion so I was pleasantly surprised! When checking in, they walked with us to the room and helped carry the stuff, great service! The towels are super big and fluffiest I’ve ever had in a hotel. There’s also AC in the room. And I had the a really good sleep. Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was also nice. Parking available in front of the hotel for free!

This is one of the very few establishments I would go back to without hesitation. It felt like home from home. Our host Jane was very welcoming and hospitable. Compared to the average B&B the room was huge with all the facilities you could possibly want including a grand piano.

Joe is a wonderful host; he knows everything about the city and helped us arrange taxis and figure out great places to eat. The room is comfortable and the house has everything you need while on vacation. Joe is easy-going and helpful without being overbearing or nosy.     Great location , friendly and very helpful staff, great size room and very clean and fresh , good bathroom and room facilities , we wanted for nothing . We had a very comfortable bed and pillows were a dream. Decor in bar and restuarant area looked new and furnishings were immaculate, staff serving there were welcoming and attentive .

    The second time I've stayed here. Great location for local marinas. The rooms are exceptional for a 'pub/restaurant' and are very clean, comfortable and with lovely toiletries to use.

    The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room had everything I needed - well designed bathroom, coffee maker, hair dryer and desk. The car park was a good size. The location was ideal for a holiday in south central England. The pub part of the hotel had service and good food/drink. There was plenty to appreciate.
