We were staying for 2 nights for a friends wedding. Very friendly staff and helpful. Food was very good. Room was excellent clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend will be returning.

    The owners were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The evening meal was excellent, and very reasonably priced, and the breakfast was brilliant. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Excellent location, caught the train into Lincoln, and had a taxi, which was also not expensive.

    caravan in good position ,with clean tidy accommodation View from caravan looking over the fishing lake was good , location was ideal to walk to the shops a 10 minute walk with good variety of shops and food outlets with few pubs too.

    A lovely quiet location with 2 well stocked fishing lakes just yards away. The caravan had everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable stay. Ideally situated for visiting the local area. We liked the fact that we could walk to the station, jump on a train and be in Lincoln in a matter of minutes.

    Peaceful location, no question. Easy access to Lincoln including a cheap train. And only a 10 minute walk to the village with shops and plenty of places to eat. Try Mirchi, the Indian restaurant! All the caravans have a view of the beautiful fishing lake with private parking next to them. Ours was spotless throughout and the beds super comfy. If you want to get away for some peace and quiet then we would highly recommend staying here. We're definitely coming back.

    The location was ideal for our one night's stay. It was local and very handy for the event that we were attending. The room with ensuite bathroom was very clean and comfortable. The full English Breakfast was exceptional and was served-up in a very pleasant breakfast bar. The cooked meal together with toast and marmalade/conserve were all served-up in 'Denby type' quality crockery.
