    Beautiful and clean room and house, Carol was a lovely and friendly host. Good communication. Great location with only a short walk to underground. Beautiful kitchen with a little garden. Great value.

    All perfect. Location close to Morden tube, very convenient for reaching central London. Impeccable cleanliness in every room. Carol was really kind and helpful, she welcomed us as if we were at home. In the morning he offered us an excellent breakfast with both sweet and savory choices. If we ever return to the area we will definitely return. Thank you :)

    Easy to get to, parking available, location great for attending Wimbledon tennis championships. It was quiet when I was there, although there were other guests they were all quiet. Clean, comfortable room, shower hot and breakfast available. Host was helpful and friendly.
