The location was excellent. A bit tricky with the parking but we were lucky to park next to the property. The facility was very clean and there is everything you need for cooking. The extra covers was very helpful as it was cold when we arrived. Adele have provided some extras like coffee, tea, milk and welcome box which made us very happy. I would recommend this property with no doubt.

The Old Workshop is set in an ideal location, it's easy to reach, and the neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. The room was very spacious and well-appointed as was the bathroom. The walls were decorated with Jerry's beautiful paintings. Jerry and Tony gave us a lovely friendly greeting on arrival and a bunch of tips for where to eat and where to go. Would stay again if in Sancreed.

Elegant with a homely and warm atmosphere. Cosy room with fresh bathroom. Really clean!!! The breakfast was outstanding I will specially miss the omelette and fresh berries with my yoghurt. The couple that runs the establishment are lovely and helpful to secure that you will have a good stay and guidance to see and explore Penzance and its surroundings.

The staff were as before very helpful, polite and had a warmth which made us all feel very welcome. Although very busy when we arrived they attended to our needs in a professional manner. The food was very nice, great selection of vegan options and the breakfast was the best, All 3 rooms are clean and comfortable.

Sam and Phil where amazing guests, very friendly and willing to make the stay extra comfy for us. We loved the location, especially since the rooms had a sea view. Phil offered us to upgrade the room at zero cost, I thought that was super thoughtful since they did not have a guest on that room currently. The breakfast was amazing and they also offer us to call a cab when we had to leave for the train station at Penzance. I would highly recommend staying here. We also found the room and bathroom extremely comfortable, you can see that they have thought about the atmosphere and the furniture looked very new and modern but especially curated.

    We had such a wonderful stay here with our 2 cockapoos The location was great for key places to visit. Our favorite beach by far has to be the beautiful Gwynver worth the rugged walk down bit of a climb back up and dog friendly .What made our stay special was the hosts John and Louise leaving daily treats of all kinds of delights very much enjoyed! oh and the bed is soooo comfy with cool cotton pillows and sheets which is so important i feel so Thank you.

    Right from the very first communications with directions and tips and hints about where to visit in the area everything was perfect. A very warm friendly welcome, beautiful house in a great location, a spotlessly clean and very comfortable room and a delicious breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything more.     John was incredibly warm and welcoming. It was really quickly apparent why he is so highly rated here. A selection of pastries and treats were left for us everyday when we arrived back from our outings. Very clean and tidy with all the toiletries you would need in the bathroom. Smart TV to enjoy whatever you choose and a huge and comfy bed, didn't want to leave! Beautiful location, feels like you're out in the country yet only a short drive to Penzance. Couldn't recommend it more highly, thank you!!

    Lovely barn in great location to explore Cornwall. Had all facilities required for a self catering short break. Hosts communicated well and access was very straight forward. Homely feeling inside with plenty of space - living area, dining area and kitchen. Area outside ideal for enjoying the sun with table and chairs. Would not hesitate to book again. Cookies and milk were greatly appreciated.
