It was very cosy, modern technology for the lights and heating. Compact but enough space for a couple. The spa was the cherry ontop. Extra little gestures for the experience also like hot chocolate for coming in from the spa etc.

Absolutely beautiful stay in Edinburgh! This 4-bedroom villa in Morningside was everything we hoped for and more. Each room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with high-end finishes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire space felt like a luxury retreat. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for our group — modern, fully equipped, and ideal for relaxing or entertaining. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. The location is fantastic — tucked away in a quiet residential area The host was professional, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The House was lovely furnished, clean, smelled nice and its perfectly located. Close to Edinburgh but in a very quiet street. Máiri is very kind and gave every important information with out having to ask. We would love to come back one day:)

Steve & Heather are very welcoming hosts & friendly. We stayed just 1 night as early flight the following morning. Easy to get to the city and surrounding area. A good pub nearby to eat. All very clean and a decent shower. Highly recommend. Great breakfast Thank you 🙏

    The location was ideal, and the room was spacious and very modern, despite being in an old historic building. Evening meal was excellent (wine was a bit pricy though). Staff were good and attentive. Settings and surrounding of the hotel were excellent
