A great deal of thought has gone into making someone’s stay perfect. A welcome gift was gratefully received, thank you. Our two dogs were catered for, bowls and dog towels ready for use. They quickly found the welcoming dog treats. I didn’t have to use to dog wash in the utility room, but a great idea. The hot tub was ready for use upon our arrival. Shown to our room which was very clean and comfortable. Our private bathroom just on the landing was spotlessly clean and the shower was spot on.
