We stayed at the hotel for two nights , and it was amazing the bed was so comfortable and big and the smell in the room was good and it was in the heart of Liverpool city centre! The staff was really nice and even got us a room the second night cause we only booked for one. They had Netflix and Disney plus on the TVs most hotels that we stayed at in Liverpool didn’t have that so that was really nice.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating - the hotel is so clean and easy to navigate. I wish I’d been here under better circumstances (booked bc it is so close to Royal hospital). It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre which suited me fine but good to know if you want to be right in the action. An added plus, silicone free conditioner and nice hair/body products overall.

A luxurious hotel with all needed facilities. We booked a room on the excutive floor and it was breathtaking! Big, soundproof and most important a clean room, with view the Liverpool ferry wheel 🎡! The bed was huge, more than enough for two people, with a big screen to watch movies which are saved on the tv. And the bathroom, stunning! Separated only by a glass from the room and a curtain if you want more privacy! Big wardrobe and iron included! In the room there were wine and a selection of coffee flavours to make, using the coffee machine which is provided in the room! Room service was very good as well with good prices for the food and drinks! Looking forward to book here again!

Rooms feel like luxury warehouse loft style, great breakfast and top notch FB in general. Go for the roasted chicken. Last but not least amazingly friendly reception and HK staff. Need to know anything... Mathew is not just a concierge he is a wonderful chap.
