Hosts were wonderful and kind. We were greeted with fresh bread, milk and coffee which was a lovely touch. The cottage is also located in a wonderful location - right opposite a nice walk with a lot of horses around. We were also only 11 mins away from Ringwood.The cottage was extremely self sufficient with great facilities. It was also very clean. It's also dog friendly with it's own enclosed space so you can let your dog run around in the garden.

The Lynbrook Haybarn is a wonderful, warm and cosy retreat. Everything is so thoughtfully organised and beautifully appointed. The hut tub is stunning, looking out over a tree-lined field. We will be back, highly recommended!

The location directly in the New Forest, the staff which was so kind and helpful, the rooms which have been entirely renovated, the restaurant for breakfast and supper, the huge garden in front of the hotel, the horses in the parking the morning of our departure (horses are free to go where they want in the New Forest).

The self check in was easy. We arrived late. Also access to the garden from our room was great having two dogs. We had to leave early for a training session so couldn’t make breakfast. The owner very kindly made us sandwiches and fruit to go.

    Loved the size of property 👌 plenty of space for 5 or 6 people. Perfect location to keep you entertained. Close too beach 20 minutes drive. Property was very clean and well look after. Everything provided to cook food. Garden big too. Hot tub amazing. Keeps you very relaxed after a long day of exploring.

    Location is perfectly central for long walks, beach visits and close to shops and pubs. House is lovely and beds comfy. Great home from home. Very clean and nicely decorated.Great enclosed back garden. Wanted to take the sofa home as it is so comfy. Straight forward check in with key ready for us. Lovely house and totally recommend.

    super stay at the coach house. Karen was very friendly and helpful if needed. the accomodation was super comfy and spotlessly clean. location was great..easy short walk into ringwood with cafes and dog friendly pub. I had great day trips to walks in new forest and on the coast.

    Accomodation was perfect, private and tastefully decorated. The hosts had thought of everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great location for the New Forest and Ringwood is a nice town for shopping and eating out.
