This is a lovely place to stay in a fairly rural area. The room had old character which I liked, the room was quite large and was comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs which served nice food and a good breakfast. A good beer garden out back, just enough parking as I don't think they have many rooms so all was well.

Beautiful location, everything you could need. Friendly and helpful owners. Elegant and quiet. They know what guests want in a stay, and they provide it. And they went above and beyond in helping me get my laundry sorted when I was in a solo-traveling pinch. Absolutely fantastic. I hope I’ll get to come back someday!

The cook house is a wonderfully spacious, stylish and comfortable place to stay. There were lovely views across the fields, a marvellous sunrise for the Summer Solstice, and the sunsets each evening were awesome. We loved exploring the local area, There were good walks around fishing lakes and through woodland (even for seniors) and several National Trust places to visit in the locality. We enjoyed the welcome pack. We wish we could have extended our stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Thank you. We had a lovely break in this fantastic holiday cottage. We can definitely recommend.

Lovely little property in a peaceful village. Anna,Jonathan and their son Jeremy were warm and welcoming and the homemade bred and jams along with other breakfast provisions were delicious and a lovely thought. The bed was king-size and super comfortable, and very clean.
