The location was perfect, it was clean and comfortable, we were a family of 4 adults and ther was plenty of room for us all, Laura the host was amazing, she provided plenty of information, and was on hand if we needed anything, would highly recommend this apartment, if you need a place to stay in Royston. The setting is idyllic. Our room was incredibly comfy after a half day hiking - loved the deep bath and good quality bedding. Dinner was very tasty, great drinks and a lovely atmosphere. The Red Cow pulls off being both a real pub in the community and pretty upmarket place to stay.

I was just staying in Sheene Mill for 1 night in Autumn to visit a friend who lives locally and it was a perfect place to rest. The room I stayed in was spacious and stunning, with exposed beams and beautiful wooden furnishings to give it that classic atmosphere. The staff were both professional and approachable. The hotel itself seems to be a fantastic venue for weddings and other events; it had a bar, big restaurant/kitchen, plenty of seating both inside and outside, and plenty of parking. I loved going outside to the beautiful garden with a river running through it. This setting was extra beautiful at night when all the lights came on! The wildlife was fascinating to watch, too. It's clear that this hotel is very well taken care of and I recommend it highly.

    We were so happy to have booked Magnolia House. We stayed in the family room which was spotless and very comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities and a lovely shower. Position excellent, in a quiet location and lots of parking if needed.
