Load of room, spotless, warm. The staff were lovely and helpful. Two big bars, lovely restaurants or simply eat in the bar. Loads of parking and massive area outside. Perfectly located, Charlestown was a 45minute coastal walk, totally brilliant.

This is a lovely apartment with everything you need for your stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable and plenty of space. The kitchen/lounge area is a good base to relax in, with glassware, fridge, microwave & oven - we didn't do any actual cooking as we had plans to eat elesewhere but it was great for fixing a quick breakfast or relaxing with a glass of local wine at the end of the day. You will need to sign in to your own accounts (BBC, ITV, C4, Netflix etc.) to use the TV in each room but we found this easy enough to do. Bedroom was quiet and plenty of space to unpack clothes. Good hairdryer provided in the bedroom. The walk-in shower was lovely - good pressure & temperature, plenty of fresh towels, and some toiletries provided. 5 minutes walk from the station and with a decent hotel bar/restaurant beside it and several cafes nearby. Provided a good base for getting around the area by bus, train & taxi. Really appreciated the special touches - gifts were left for us for Easter and for a birthday celebration - really made us feel welcome! Was initially a little unsure about how to pick up key/keycode details but a quick email and phone conversation with the owners resolved that and was very reassuring, and worked very well. Would definitely recommend a stay here, you will have everything you need in a lovely relaxing setting.

    Breakfast was great, good quality. We were made to feel welcome. The room was very clean and in really good condition. The whole place was spotless and well maintained. It's really nice you have the option to sit out in the garden or in the conservatory. We slept really well which doesn't always happen when we go away. We will definitely visit again. Location is good for Eden project and Knightor winery visits, both short rides away.

    Compact (converted garage?) but very clean and comfortable. I liked the decor. Powerful shower, with plentiful hot water. Wonderful breakfasts every morning, with hot pastries and very generous bowls of fresh fruit being the highlights. Our hostess, Jess, was very friendly and helped us with our enquiries e.g. local pubs to eat at. Ideal location for the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

    Spotlessly clean room with plenty of extras coffee machine, nice range of teas, bottled water, biscuits. Its an ideal location for the restaurant and bars in the area including the in house restaurant. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was superb. What more could one want.
