Lovely old hotel but what really made it “grand” was the staff. It is very well staffed so that there was ALWAYS someone to meet any need. Whether in the dining room or attending to our room, they could not do enough for us! And the breakfast was amazing!

A very old fashioned Hotel, a lot of small details showing how much they care! Very kind personal there and the owners lovely and helpful! I booked a double room but forgot to mention I am with my daughter - no problem for them, they just welcomed her! Very quiet place too, we slept lovely! And the breakfast was fantastic.

A really great place to stay. The staff was amazing. The front desk people helped me with alot of logistics for my travels, they were so patient and supportive, I wish every hotel were like that! The pool is nice, if weather allows. Location is great, fifteen minutes to the port. The rooms facing the back are quieter.

Our first time in Jersey and had a relaxing enjoyable stay. Location of hotel is central and walking and taxis were easy options. We had ferry issues due to weather and the hotel was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Fab location and attentive staff ! Coffee and water in the room and also got an upgrade since it was my birthday! Had dinner which was delicious and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Shout out to David and Carolina which were brilliant on the night!     Perfect location, walking distance to the shops and restaurants.. Even though there was no parking, there was a car park less than five minutes walk and very cheap to park over night. Our room was huge, very clean , there was a bath and a separate shower , super large towels There was also a mini bar, which was free, wine and water. The staff were very pleasant and helpful I would definitely stay here again

    Quite a number of the hotels in Jersey are extortionate. Runnymede Court, however, is great value, and the location is ideal. The staff are super friendly. The room was smallish, but very charming. It was exceptionally clean, and the WiFi was excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel for people looking to enjoy Jersey on a budget

    It was spotlessly clean, breakfast was lovely, the, common areas of the hotel were beautiful and staff were friendly and professional. Tea and coffee facilities were generous and it's location on the sea front was a bonus. It was 10 minutes walk into town with a cheap bus service running right outside the hotel if preferred.

    For the price, this was an excellent hotel. Comfortable, clean, with fantastic and friendly staff who bend over backwards to make sure you feel welcome. A great location and a lovely breakfast. Absolutely no complaints at all, and it's ideal for those visiting St Helier and looking for a delightful, unique, and affordable place to stay. This place overdelivered and I left feeling like I'd found somewhere that cared about its guests.
