The food & drinks at the hotel were very good & affordable with meal deals available. Taxi rank close by. Worth visiting the ancient Selby Abbey next door to The George Inn.

    We stayed here for York Races and it was the ideal location, it was about a 30 minute drive away but had plenty of parking. The staff were friendly, the food was excellent and the rooms were very clean.
