Wonderful place, staff exceptionally helpful, friendly and attentive. Lots of character and history to the house and area. Beautiful grounds and surrounding area. Good breakfast, decent size room and comfy bed. Great views of the grounds from our room (17) with quirky steps up to bathroom which had a great shower. Would stay again, thanks for a lovely stay.

Absolutely everything! Such a wonderful place to stay. We will certainly be booking again and for longer next time. The facilities were perfect too! Flushing toilet, hot and cold water for shower, bath and kitchen. Very well equipped kitchen area, gas hobs, fridge and cooking equipment. Shops are only a few minutes drive and Durleighmash farm shop is highly recommended for fresh fruit, veg, dairy products and meat.

We loved staying at Bootmenders! Thank you, Jenna, for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful cottage and for providing the most delicious breakfast, especially the hot cross buns for Easter! Bootmenders was exactly as we had hoped it would be - a homely, cozy cottage surrounded by a lovely winter’s garden. The main room was warm, the bed was very comfortable and the little kitchen was well appointed for preparing our breakfast.

fantastic location, peaceful, great facilities, very tranquil, good use of sustainable products. The breakfast was amazing with excellent quality produce. The manager was very cheerful and welcoming. Great secure parking for motorcycles. Room which perfect, excellent shower and comfy bed.
