The property and facilities were amazing. The staff in particular were friendly, knowledgeable about the area and facilities and couldn’t do more for you. The food was absolutely fabulous as well. Definitely one of the best breaks I’ve had in years.

Stayed in Irvine bay several times as we visit Irvine alot. This is always my 1st choice when booking. Private secure entry system and everything you need for an overnight. Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

The hotel is a beautiful building, with a lovely shared lounge and honesty bar. After excellent communication with Diane before our arrival, we were warmly greeted by James, who provided us with very good recommendations for local meals and services. Location is very convenient. Our room (deluxe double) was large, with a big, comfortable bed, an armchair, and a loveseat by the bay window. Parking is available right at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. 😊

Great property finished to a high standard, everything you need, all modern and clean, kids loved the pull out sofa bed! Lovely courtyard to the back of the property, ideally situated close to bar and an Italian restaurant, the portal and couple mins walk from river gate, the hosts before during and after went above and beyond, couldn’t have been any friendlier or any more accommodating, thanks for a lovely stay

    Easy location to find and access just outside of Stevenston. Rooms are basic but comfy, clean and functional - on a par with Premier Inn, that sort of thing. All the staff we dealt with were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

    We booked an accessible room for the week and met all our needs. Very clean, staff were supportive and helpful. Restaurant attached was lovely and in a great location for anything needed (Costa, gregs, fuel station etc). We required extra pillows which was supplied.

    Manager most helpful. Service excellent. Location ideal. From start to finish a great stay and topped off with a fine carvery on Sunday. Even though Sunday was busy, the manager still managed to find us a table.
