Wonderful stay in Kirkwall. Newly renovated room, very comfortable bed, a lot of space and quiet neighbourhood. Check in was very easy, Alice made us a very tasty breakfast in the morning. Can't wait to visit you & Orkneys again!

Excellent facilities, comfy, all modern and brand new and had everything I needed for my stay. Superb location, quiet but just a short trip into town and was an excellent base for exploring Orkney. The lovely host Dorothy welcomed me when I arrived, and the locally made cheese, biscuits and shortbread were great!

    Absolutely everything. The warm welcome, the bedroom was stylish and spotlessly clean with lovely little touches. The time taken to chat with me. Parking was easy, great location for all of mainland Orkney and island hopping. Beautiful rural views but close to both Stromness and Kirkwall. A very lovely family run business.

    Roadside Cottage was comfortable, cozy and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for exploring and the view across the water was breathtaking. Evelyn was a great host and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay.

    Alexander was a perfect host, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and the location was excellent, close to the town of Stromness but lovely country location, quiet and good views. Very good value for money and close to all the historic destinations therefore an ideal base for out stay in Orkney. Thank you Alexander, we would love to stay with you again.⁰
