    Great location for North beach and a stroll into town. Parking on site. Friendly and helpful host. Very clean accommodation. Spotless bathroom. Comfortable bed in pretty room. Good quality bed linen and furnishings. Excellent breakfast for choice and expertly cooked. Bus stop at end of the road towards Bournemouth, Studland beaches etc and back to Swanage if needed. Near the coast path to Old Harry Rocks etc

    Ideal location, 2 minutes from pub and shop, 10 minutes to the beach. Only used the car once in the week, loads of walking can be done from the house. Very clean and well equiped. Excellent shower. OS map and picnic site well appreciated.

    Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly welcome from the owners. Location was ideal with public transport 50 metres away. Breakfast were huge and an excellent variety of choices. One of the best we have stayed in. Absolutely fabulous.
