The area is so peaceful and quiet. Great place to unwind. The hosts are so welcoming and nice, they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. We will definitely stay here again if we're back at Lincolnshire.

I loved everything about this tiny house. The host is the kindest person. I arrived without a car, the house is close to the train station, yet I was offered to be taken to and back to the train station by car. My arrival was on Sunday after any grocery store was open, in the tiny house there was some food already for me, and fresh milk for the coffee in the morning. If you need any help, the host will always help you to feel the most comfortable. The house itself is very sweet, everything is new. I am from the EU, and I had an adapter with me for my charging cables, but I appreciated that even the power plugs also had USB plugs included. They thought about any small detail, starting from fresh milk and some sweets in the kitchen to a first aid kit and everything you need in the bathroom. Additionally, the area is very calm and beautiful and it's only 20 min from the PF International Karting track (special info for the karting community).

Access from the entrance to the room is barrier-free. There were comfortable beds. The rooms were small but very clean. There was a small kitchen next door and tea and other refreshments were available, which was nice.

It was so clean, beautiful room with tea/coffee facilities. Everything you need for a short stay. The hosts have been easy to communicate with and have been helpful in returning some items we accidentally left behind.

It was clean and very comfortable, facilities were very good, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, food was excellent and reasonably priced. Travelling on my own with my dog can be difficult but the pub and staff made it easy, I would highly recommended it.

We loved everything about our stay. Julie and her husband were amazing hosts. The cottage was very well equipped, and the very generous supply of fruit, snacks, and breakfast items were very much appreciated. We loved the location of the cottage, especially as there were farmyard animals and Dashunds!

Perfect little house, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. Great kitchen space and all essentials provided like coffee, tea, sugar. Also provided ample supplies for breakfast in the morning giving us plenty of choice. Lovely little garden space for us to use as well. The house was easy to find even at night as we arrived later than anticipated. Really liked the village of North Scarle and surrounding countryside, lovely woodland walks for our dog not far from the house. Excellent communication with the owners throughout and very understanding when we were delayed en route.

    The property was absolutely stunning! All the little details in the room like wine glasses meant we could enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor seating and have a lovely wander on the vast garden down to the beautiful lake which was so picturesque and swans gliding along the water! Beautiful. The room was spotless. Had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable we didn’t want to leave.

    Lovely location well appointed facilities options inside room for eateries in local area which we tried and loved. Staff really nice very personal touches go a long way so polite really acomodating good comunication prior to arrival .
