Set in one of the most peaceful, pretty locations in Scotland, it provides an exceptional experience. The hotel is ruch in character, spotless, peaceful, and so quiet. The rooms were beautiful and had a glorious sleep when I managed to tear myself away from the view from the window, which was stunning. Bar has good ambience and good selection. Lovely view from the public rooms and great location (we had a rear-facing room, so no views to speak of but not at all unpleasant over the garden) .
