Beautiful room with everything you could wish for. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, really good quality coffee and tea facilities. Great to have Prime and Netflix on the tv. We really enjoyed our night of luxury !

The best hotel I stayed at during my 3-week tour of England and Scotland! The price of the room was very reasonable and it is beautifully done. A room designed with taste. There is nothing to complain about this place. I will definitely book it again during my next visit to Loughborough. Didn't manage to eat at the restaurant though but the food looked food.

Our stay here was amazing, couldn't have asked any more from the hosts. Lots of information before arrival in terms of what to expect and how to find the farm. Upon arrival hosts lit the log burner for us and this kept us plenty warm enough throughout our stay despite it being the beginning of winter. The barn was spotless and all expected facilities were clean and available. The outdoor kitchen had everything you would expect and need and we were able to cook a warm meal every day of our stay. Hosts gave us plenty of wood for the fire. Shower was warm and of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed having a walk around seeing all the animals and was greeted by a lovely dog who came to say hello. It exceeded our expectations staying in a barn on a working farm and we cannot wait to stay here again. Hopefully we will be up early enough to catch the fresh eggs next time :D

    This is a wonderful old building. Full of character. Very clean and comfortable too. Easy safe and plentiful parking. Larger than expected room which was spotlessly clean

    Leah was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely Nice little touches in the room. Sweets and water. Location was key to us as we attended a wedding nearby Parking was ideal too.

    Location was perfect as I have family in Kegworth Rooms very clean and stunning views of the rolling countryside Was staying on my own and felt very comfortable No noise even though it was a pub Breakfast 1 st class Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or done any more
