    Excellent communication from the owner about arrival times, parking and location of good dining options..Spotlessly clean house, ideal location for my needs. The room is above average size, south facing and with minimal road noise. I found the bed super comfortable. Continental breakfast was to a good standard.

    Lovely b&b, superb host and hostess, nothing was too much trouble for them. Spotless bedroom and ensuite. Fabulous breakfasts both mornings. Ideal location for Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Would definitely stay here again.

    Amazing and so peaceful. We all loved it so much...I didn't want to leave 😅 The farm animals were so much fun for us all, they really made the stay so enjoyable. The place was was very clean, the teens had their own room and the kitchen and living room were so clean and comfortable. The location was great and in between Luworth Cove, Monkey World and The Tank Museum. Parking is free and spacious. The duck enclosure near the parking area was lovely and the kids enjoyed looking at them!

    Breakfast was good, lovely view into corn field. Great location for visiting Lulworth cove, Durdle Door beach and the Jurassic coast Trail. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds.

    The location was great and near to all the places we wished to visit. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was fresh and made to order and very tasty. Bedroom was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We loved our stay

    The way everything just worked well together. The property was fantastic, the breakfast was just the ticket to start the day - plenty and all fresh -, the location was ideal and hosts Jan and Mark were very friendly and accommodating and easy to talk to. My 3 year old was very fond of “the gentleman” aka Mark and even fonder of their dogs. We had a fantastic stay and predict that we will be coming back again
