Great. The choice was comprehensive, the food was freshly cooked and came very quickly, the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We had asked for an earlier check in, and our rooms were ready when we arrived, couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much to everyone. At the time of writing this property is still very new. As such it's in excellent decorative order. The apartment was spotless on each of my visits (I used apartment 3 more than once) and if there were any issues no matter how minor (e.g. missing clothes hangers) they were addressed within the hour. The block is situated in a location which is easily accessible and a short walk to the town centre. Apartment 3 is at the front of the block and is quiet except for the barely noticeable passing of express trains nearby. It has double double-glazed windows which eliminate the traffic noise from the junction outside.

It was spacious modern and clean, comfy beds. Great communication with host. It had everything you needed and more. Milk provided, cookies and wine was a nice gesture. Only stayed one night but could of definitely stayed longer

    This is a perfect location set in beautiful countryside, a lovely stay the breakfast is very tasty with lots of choices, David even warmed some plates for us and set us up in the conservatory to eat our fish and chips we had bought thank you so much.

    Peaceful location, and on a secure and beautiful site. We were met with a friendly and helpful welcome from David. Lovely breakfast and comfortable, spacious rooms. Good size bathrooms and very clean. Rooms are a little dated, but in keeping with the period of the property, of which David gave us some history, which was interesting to hear. Both he and his wife are very hard workers and that is clear to see.
