The room we stayed in and the breakfast were amazing, mini fridge in the room and air conditioning was an unexpected bonus, plenty of luxury to be found here, the staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful, a special mention to Jake who’s customer service skills are exceptional. This place was perfectly situated for our plans, our dog was made to feel very welcome.

On arrival, we received a friendly welcome from Caron and were shown into the Little Barn. What's the saying? Good things come in little packages...well, it's certainly true in this case. The interior of the little barn is perfectly proportioned and has everything you need for a cosy, comfortable stay, and it was spotlessly clean. My partner and I booked this for a relaxing weekend away from the stresses of everyday life, and it certainly didn't disappoint. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Whiskers and Woods! The space was quiet, cosy, and incredibly well-equipped with high quality appliances. The attention to detail was impressive, from the underfloor heating to the thoughtful breakfast box with eggs and sausages for the outdoor cooking station. Plus, the chicken feed to distract the feathered-visitors at dinner time was a charming touch. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway - make sure you bring your swimsuit to enjoy the jacuzzi!

Quiet, tucked away location. Beautiful layout and very well appointed. The complimentary basket was a nice touch. Excellent communication and directions. One of, if not the best, places I have stayed at. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely book again.

    Great location as only 2 mins drive from an event we attended in Eye. Quiet at night. Spacious room & ensuite, v good shower & heated towel rail, so lovely warm large towels. Mattress a little too solid for our liking. However, staff were very pleasant and attentive, and we enjoyed an excellent leisurely breakfast, cooked to order.

    The Auberge is stunning!! The room was well appointed and very comfortable, it had everything you required and was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy, the air-conditioning a real bonus. The restaurant was fantastic, the service was 1st class and the food was simply amazing! The host was so knowledgeable and was happy to accommodate any enquiry.

    We liked everything about the Auberge. Jake and his wife are excellent hosts. The room with the 4 poster was very clean and the hosts attention to detail was second to none. The food was fantastic with a great selection of locally sourced produce. There was ample parking and it was nice that it was free.Which is not always the case. It was great to breakfast in a part of the building that dates back to the 17th Century. We would recommend the location to anybody who wants first class service,first class food amid a tranquil setting.

    Location was great😊the rooms were lovely and very clean, the staff were so friendly and loved our dog too and gave him his own breakfast! Breakfast for us was great and multiple options to choose from. Would definitely return!
