Everything - rooms, garden, ping-pong, fresh fruits from the garden, lovely hosts, tasty food delivered from their restaurant in town for dinner. 10/10. Have been to borjomi a couple of times & wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Super relaxing vibe and only 10min drive / 15GEL bolt into Borjomi if you want to do touristy stuff.

It is a historic building and looks beautiful. The rooms have an old school look but in a positive way. It is close borjomi park. Our highlights were the daily spa sessions including sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. We also loved the breakfast. We had read that it was bad but we could not confirm it. We also spend NYE here. The staff was very attentive and left some small traditional Georgian bites in our room which was a small but welcomed gesture.

Very nice place, just at the entrance to the Pak. Room was clean and tidy. Very open and helpful Owner, who explained us were to go and what is worth seeing. Carpark was near the main street and close the house.

    Excellent location, all the most interesting places within walking distance. There is a supermarket and bank nearby. The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. The hostess is a very pleasant person to talk to and is attentive to her guests. Overall, our stay in this wonderful city and place was very positive.

    very nice apartments, with a very high-quality renovation, everything is very clean, convenient, comfortable, we are delighted, the ideal location is very close to the central park 2-3 minutes on foot, the shops are very close and it is very convenient, the Olympic pool is very good in 2 minutes, the restaurant in the vicinity in one word we really liked, rested in Borjomi several times, but most of all we liked it here!
