The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location – in a quiet and beautiful area right by the Botanical Garden, with stunning sea views and large terraces where you can sit, enjoy a glass of wine, work, or simply watch the sea. Another great benefit is the restaurant within the complex, which serves excellent breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. It’s perfect especially for Europeans who may find the traditional Georgian cuisine a bit too heavy. As for the apartment itself, the main drawback was the lack of kitchen equipment. The kitchen is spacious – much bigger than what a family of three would actually need – but inside you only find six glasses, plates and a wine opener. If you buy a water-melon, there isn’t even a knife to cut it, and cooking is basically impossible since there are no utensils or pots, even though there is a stove and a dishwasher. Furniture was fine, cleanliness around 98%. Overall, I will definitely come back. For me, staying in the busy center of Batumi doesn’t work well. If you are looking for peace, walks, running, and nature, this is the right place.

The location and the room view from 5th floor were purely amazing. Outside swimming pool, private access to the sea, spa and sauna were all functional, clean and not crowded. Staff was always there for you. Covered private parking. Possibility to play bowling paying extra.

We actually stayed with the neighbors for overflow and they were really incredibly kind and welcoming, one of our best experiences in 3 weeks in Georgia! We were fed food, drinks, could wash, and stayed up late chatting with the family. We would absolutely return to LouNik!

We spent a lovely few days at Guni’s beautiful apartment in Tsikhisdziri, and it was truly a memorable experience. Tucked away in a peaceful, green setting, the home offers a calm escape just steps from the sea. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with that stunning view quickly became our favorite part of the day. The apartment itself is warm and welcoming, bright with natural light. Every room feels intentional, from the cozy bedroom to the small but well-equipped kitchen. The quiet atmosphere around made it easy to slow down and fully relax. Guni was a fantastic host, kind, attentive, and always quick to help. Everything, from our arrival to departure, was simple and smooth thanks to her thoughtful communication. If you’re in search of a tranquil retreat with nature and sea just outside your window, this place is a gem. We’d love to come back!

Extremely good and helpful owners, they can provide all options you may need: fresh fish, barbeque staff, transfer, vine, literally anything! Great location , 10minutes to quite, empty beach, 10 minutes to big hotel with restaurant. 100% pet friendly!

    Perfect host, perfect location, perfect vibe! Would love to move in forever! Laying in the hammock in the Jungle garden above the sea close to the best beach in Georgia watching the Batumi skyline in the far distance was unreal!

    The best thing about the place is the location and privacy. There was everything that we needed, including kitchen facilities. In my opinion, Tsikhisdziri Beach and the bamboo forest nearby are one of the most beautiful places on the Georgian shore. My boyfriend and I felt at home and were able to enjoy our privacy.
