Everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable room, good choice for breakfast! The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the city centre in a very quiet and safe area. Thank you Zaza and Shorena and your family for the warm welcome. We felt at home, like in our family. Thank you Zaza for wonderful tours of non-touristy places, interesting stories and getting to know the city and its surroundings. We liked the lesson on making traditional dishes the most, we had the opportunity to learn how to make traditional chaciapuri and eggplants with nuts, we tasted cornmeal patties and homemade compote, vegetables, mandarins straight from the tree, and we received real bay leaves! Zaza's chacha, wine and cognac are amazing, we are already longing to taste them and we will not hesitate to stay with Zaza and his wonderful family when we return to Kutaisi!

We recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness. The room was pristine, with fresh linens, a clean bathroom. The housekeeping staff clearly takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Stunning view from the terrace, location superb - just a few steps away from the Bagrati Cathedral, absolutely lovely host who made us feel pampered every day, rooms spotless, very nice breakfast with home-made Georgian specialities, parking in the garden. Would come back anytime.
