What an amazing accommodation in the mountains! The host is super friendly, nice and helpful. Plus speaks very good English (which is very rare in Georgia). The hotel is very neat, rooms are comfortable and spacious. We even got a heater in the room. There is a fireplace, great mountains view, very calm and secluded location.

Excellent stay at Svanieri We had a wonderful time at Svanieri. The privacy and quietness were exactly what we were looking for. The location offers great tranquility away from noise and crowds just on the hiking trails. Cleanliness of the house was outstanding, with everything spotless and well-maintained. Everything was new, modern, and clean. Unexpectedly high standard for the price, I've never stayed in such a luxory place anywhere else in Georgia (I'm a budget traveler). And the views were great, the house is built on a hill facing another mountain. There's also a café under development where I got to hang out on my own until late at night, preparing as many cups of tea as I felt like. You can also order meals at prices lower than in the restaurants in Mestia - for example, an enormous khachapuri for 10 GEL.
