The location was amazing. The cottage was so neat and clean. The owner was co operative .He even booked a cab for us with very low price while checkout. He guided us which areas to visit around the location.Also he gave us a free ride to the national park which is 16min walk from the hotel. The owner has a small grocery store inside the facility that helped us buying some groceries as the market is 1km away from hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped and all necessary utensils were available for cooking as we cooked our meal 2 days there.Highly recommended to visit and stay there.

This is a great place for families! We booked the house with two bedrooms, one of which can be reached by (fairly steep) stairs. There are two separate ACs for the two floors. You have curtains to fully cover all windows and have a good nights sleep. Two of the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There is a giant pool approx. 1.5m deep and a smaller pool approx. 40cm deep for little children. You have pool towels provided and also some toys for the kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What I missed in the description: There is a small fridge in your living room, which comes in very handy when you want something cool to drink (which you should bring, as there are no supermarkets or stores nearby). And there is a children's playground with a large trampolin!

In the middle of nature - attentive owners and staff, tree top views, river sounds,hammocks, great food, spacious accommodation. Dog ! fantastic forest walk to waterfall - very long hike but worth it for the wonderful waterfall swim at the end. (6 hours round trip for us )

Very nice homestay, better than we expected! We were able to leave some stuff while we took a 3 day hike to black Rock lake. When we came back the sweet old lady made dinner for us and washed our dirty clothes. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The balcony has a very nice view too and the wine is amazing 👏 If you need a quiet place with a good atmosphere and friendly staff this is the place!

    The main thing about this guesthouse is the location, you are right next to the national park and the view of the mountains is the amazing The guesthouse was really cozy with nice colors. I have booked double room and it has quite enough space wven for 3 people. The common area is nice with big TV. And you can also enjoy sitting outside , enjoy fresh air and the perfect view.

    Grandma will greet you with a big smile, she is literally like a present of this trip ! She prepared delicious foods and Georgian wine. She is very considerate as well. I’d definitely re-visit this place again if I have the chance. :) The place is very clean and has a beautiful traditional design. And the location is stunning! Might even be the best place we have ever visited!

    The location near the park is perfect. This place is very peacefull and the house is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The owner is very helpful and smiling. I highly recommend.
