From the moment I arrived at Tsotne's Kingdom, I was taken aback by the outstanding hospitality and warmth that greeted me. This is not just another hotel, it's an experience that feels like a home away from home. The hosts are the heart of this establishment. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or just wanted to have a casual chat, they were always available with a smile. But one of the standout features of Tsotne's Kingdom has to be the homemade food. Each meal felt like a heartfelt home-cooked dish, infused with flavors that are both authentic and delicious. It's evident that a lot of love and care goes into preparing these meals, and it truly enhanced my overall stay. For anyone considering a stay here, don't hesitate. It's a sanctuary where you'll find comfort, incredible hospitality, and some of the most delightful food you'll ever taste. I can't wait to return!

Lovely hosts who met us on arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony and we had a fantastic breakfast with an array of delicoius food and some home made Chacha. This was all enjoyed sitting on a timer veranda in the garden. Lovely, peaceful spot within a 10 minute walk of the centre and the cave city.

The host was very helpful, even assisting with the marshrutka for the next morning, so we were able to continue our journey to Batumi successfully. We managed to rest well at the accommodation and woke up feeling refreshed. Although I’m not particularly a dog lover, even Bobby the dog melted my heart—we had a great time playing fetch. If you're looking for accommodation just 2 minutes from the cave city in Vardzia, you've found it!

This is a truly special place. We had an amazing experience at Bee House. Located quite near to Vardzia between mountains, rivers and beautiful nature, this little and humble place exists. The guest house is located in the back from the families own house with a couple of rooms and a nice terrace in close contact to the stunning garden. We were offered to have dinner inside their house with the kindest service and tasteful local food. Would really recommend this to everyone who visits this region of Georgia!

We toral recommend Luni's accommodation. The place is beautiful, close to Vardzia. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, and super-equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

    Nice owner who likes chacha a lot 🙂 Very good location, 400 m from cave town Vardzia, Funny dog who wants to chase thrown pine-cones all the time . We asked for breakfast and the lady prepared it for us, it was really delicious

    Beautiful site with lush gardens that all the rooms look out onto. The hosts were very welcoming and we had breakfast and dinner while we stayed which was delicious, the fish from the pond right outside. Our room had great wifi, aircon and bug screens on the window which was a lovley addition Perfect location for visiting Vardzia only a 20 min marshrutka down the road.

    Good location, only 10 minutes to Vardzia. Very clean room with towels, hair dryer. Kind and helpfull owners. Very nice an old lady - we received sweet gift for our next journey :)))

    Perfect location right in front of the caves. We get the budget room that was very basic with comfortable beds and kettle and small private bathroom. There’s a good outdoor area to relax. Wi-Fi was ok. There is a very good (with good prices) restaurant in front of our hotel (vardzia restaurant).
