We loved the 3 generation family atmosphere, the food was amazing with very unusual, homemade dishes. The hostess makes her own liquors, which you can also buy. Babushka Tamara is such a wonderful person. We also got a tour around the winery and their own mill. Sustainable living at its best. Comfortable and clean rooms, too.

Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. This hotel is truly amazing! I checked in last night, very exhausted and drained after spending days in the mountains and all the exhaustion went away after I set foot in the hotel. Everything is arranged perfectly. Bed is super comfy. They even helped me to open my suitcase because the lock got stuck. The rooftop is amazing as well! I really like the breakfast. There is a little of everything there and I was there at 10:30, there was still enough. I am a solo female traveler and I feel super safe in this place, as well as the area (actually in all of Georgia I didn’t have to worry at all). All in all, I’d definitely recommend the hotel!

Lovely modern and spacious rooms, comfortable beds in a quiet area. We left too early to have breakfast but staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kutaisi!

Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were new and clean. The staff was friendly and you could tell they wanted to do a good job. I would come back and would recommend it.

Great thanks to the hosts! The apartment is very modern, tastefully and cleanly furnished, the equipment is more than sufficient for 2 persons. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome bottle of wine, as well as the coffee machine with a supply of coffee. The hosts were in contact with us the whole time and ready to meet our needs. They arranged a rich breakfast for us, although we had not ordered it! We also thank them for arranging a transfer to the airport on the day of departure. Location of the apartment: within a few minutes you will reach the White Bridge and the Cable Car Station and within 15 minutes you can reach the city center. There are several original Georgian restaurants nearby. We would be definitely very glad to return to the Golden Palace.

Thank you Zaza and Shorena and your family for the warm welcome. We felt at home, like in our family. Thank you Zaza for wonderful tours of non-touristy places, interesting stories and getting to know the city and its surroundings. We liked the lesson on making traditional dishes the most, we had the opportunity to learn how to make traditional chaciapuri and eggplants with nuts, we tasted cornmeal patties and homemade compote, vegetables, mandarins straight from the tree, and we received real bay leaves! Zaza's chacha, wine and cognac are amazing, we are already longing to taste them and we will not hesitate to stay with Zaza and his wonderful family when we return to Kutaisi!

Hotel is new. Very clean and fresh. Nice bathroom with all necessary equipment. Free water and tea! Bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Very close to center. And a good price! Host is very nice and friendly!
