We liked the secluded location of the property, sense of luxury, the silence and beautiful sunsets. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, clean, with well equipped kitchen and few small welcome gifts waiting for us. We were welcome with joy even if we arrived before the normal check-in time. We received the explanation about the property and the island including a very helpful map. The communication with Alex via WhatsApp before the arrival and during the stay was perfect. Coming back to the property after the intensive sightseeing was always a great pleasure as we could enjoy last refreshment of the day in the swimming pool, had a drink from the bar and the glimpse at sun going down.

Excellent location and magnificent views in a very calm spot of the island but still just 10 min drive to the main city of Tinos. The property overlooks a bay with a sandy beach protected from the winds. Crystal clear waters. There is a very good beach bar (probably the best beach bar the island offers - plays mainly chill out music - nice and fairly priced drinks) and a restaurant which we highly recommend, mainly local dishes presented in a culinary way. The beach can be busy so you have to book the sunbeds with the host at the beach bar in advance.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, with great access to the sea. The apartment itself was spotless, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our host was exceptional—communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout the entire stay. We would definitely visit it again. Highly recommended!

Beautifully decorated rooms with spacious outdoor sitting. We got a free upgrade due to availability and the private pool was a real pleasure. The location is really good providing amazing views. 10/10! Amazing and beautiful Tinian house with great view and the comfiest bed ever! Perfectly clean property, wifi is working super fast, the balcony view offers you a tranquil sense, kitchen is fully equipped and the house temperature was maintained perfectly. Loved every little island-style detail they put in the house. The owner is super friendly and very willing to assist with anything you might need. Will definitely go back. I loved it!

    The villa includes 3 floors - enterance through a big balcony to living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, and a third bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony upstairs. The place was very clean, and the welcome package was rich, including everything you can think of. The location is beautiful - Agios Romanos is known as one of the best bays/beaches in the kiklades, and is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. A car is a must to travel around Tinos. The owner kept a great communication at all times, and helped a lot.
