Rooms are cleaned every two days, towels are changed every 3-4 days, even shorter if they notice that they are dirty, bed linen is also changed regularly. Everything is perfect, everything works. There is plenty of warm/hot water, which is very important in my opinion. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Overall, I am very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Avaton. We highly recommend this resort since it is unbelievably peaceful and tranquil, and close to the beach. The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was continental, freshly prepared, delicious and with all the essentials. The coffee was excellent! The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and polite. We are really looking forward to go back and spend some more time there.

The hotel could not be better, it was really clean, the furniture room is all new and has everything needed, including a small fridge. The terrace has a table with chairs and the beds are highly comfortable. I also appreciate the breakfast, with bougatsa to try. The position is good because it is 5 minutes away by car from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It has quite a big swimming pool and the area is chill. The staff is very kind and always available. There is parking and a gym, and for the spa we asked at the last moment and they prepared it in 20 minutes, it was perfect We will be back for sure!

Great place to stop for a couple of nights. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The owner is a very nice person. To the center of the village 8-10 minutes on foot and this is a plus, loud music and noise are not annoying.

    The room was very clean and spatious, the cleaning lady collected the trash every day and on the 4th day of our stay she changed towels, bed sheets and added toiletries. The location was great for us, close to the beach and shops/ restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful, they gave us an umbrella that we could install in the balcony to stop the sun. The garden is beautiful, like the pictures show it. We stayed in the room next to the reception, from the 1st floor.
