Fantastic modern apartment right next to the sea with great balcony views. A very warm welcome from the lovely hosts and the taverna downstairs has great food and drinks at good prices. There are sunbeds on the beach opposite making it the perfect place to spend a tranquil holiday and with easy parking and good roads it's also the ideal place to explore eastern Crete from. There is a well stocked mini market close by if you want to self cater or buy essentials. 100% recommend and will be going back!

The apartment was super nice, with modern furniture and a beautiful view onto Sitia and the sea. The owner always replied to all our inquiries within minutes, answering all our questions without hesitation. The owner was very helpful, and kind. We rented the 2-bedroom apartment. We always had a place to park the car in front of the house. The house was very clean, felt like we were the first ones to stay there.

Amazing family managing this place. They are really lovely. The view is wonderful, it's like a dream. The hotel is on a cliff, you are literally above the water. Perfect stay from start to finish Despina Nikos and the whole family were so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless and had everything one could need, including some delicious homemade cake ! We had an amazing view of the mountains from our balcony and a window view of the pool area which was also immaculately clean and overlooking the sea. Parking on site was a plus. The place is around 10 minutes walk from the center of the town and 3 minutes to the nearest convience shop. 8 minute drive away is dragons beach which honestly, is one of the nicest beaches we have been to. The only thing was the configuration of the bathroom was slightly awkward however nothing major, especially considering the value for money Would definitely recommend !
