Room was exceptional, big, clean and nice. Location of the hotel is very good, building is beautiful, and lobby is luxurious. Breakfest is delicious and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the girl on the reception, Maria. We had a wonderful stay.

    Location was very good, right on the city, making it easy to get to attractions, shops, and cafe, and is located just along the street from a supermarket. Apartment was well equipped- the washing machine in particular being incredibly useful when dealing with harsh luggage weight restrictions, and the air con in the living space and the bedroom creating a wonderful safe haven from the intense Greek Summer Sun. Host was available and did his best to help when a problem arose.

    John, the owner, was very helpful in helping us find interesting attractions to see and many more. If we needed anything, he was there to help; he even helped us charge our electric car. He is also very interested in hearing our feedback so that he can improve even more in the future. The apartment was very modern, very clean, and well-equipped. Its location is great, in a good and quiet neighborhood. The parking is excellent and inside the property.

    This property was perfect. Everything was new, very cleaned and the architecture was modern and cool. In the room you could find anything you needed. The location was great. And also the host was very king. He wrote us ahead sending all the information we needed and prepared the room for the time we wanted to checkin.

    Quite a gem, inside the fortress. Tiny elegant room with all design aligned to the same line. Spotless place. Good parking premises. Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Ideal location for a truly romantic escape.

    Very clean apartment at the best location in the city with a parking just around the corner. The property was warm and cozy with the finest decoration. It made me feel like home. They also provide Netflix and cable TV (Nova). The Wi-Fi is fast and free. Also, it’s fully equipped like a regular apartment (extra bedsheets and duvets, a washing machine, kitchen with everything needed). I find it to be the best accommodation in ioannina because of its high quality and low budget.
