A little paradise right on the beach of Kalyves Polygyrou – that’s the best way to describe our stay at Voutia. The location is simply unbeatable: just a few steps separate you from golden sand and the gentle sound of the sea. The moment you open the door, you can practically walk straight into the water – a feeling of freedom and lightness you won’t forget anytime soon. The apartments themselves are another highlight. Tastefully designed, modernly equipped, and yet with a warm Mediterranean atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Everything you need for daily life is there – along with those little extras that make all the difference. A true gem is the terrace. The view of the water almost reminds you of the Caribbean – turquoise, wide and endless. Enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine here is an experience in itself. We spent countless hours on the terrace, often just marveling at the beauty of this place. The surroundings are just as perfect: restaurants with authentic cuisine, small grocery stores and bakeries for everyday needs are all within easy reach. If you love good food or just want to grab something spontaneously, this is the place to be. Another reason our stay felt so special were the hosts. So welcoming, helpful, and always available – you feel at home from the very first moment. There are times when you can tell that people do their work with genuine passion – and this was clearly the case here. We stayed with our little son, and he felt comfortable right away. For children it’s almost like a tiny leisure paradise – playing on the terrace, building sandcastles, or simply discovering the world by the sea. For us as parents, it was pure relaxation to see him enjoying his time so wholeheartedly. All in all, Voutia is a place I can wholeheartedly recommend – whether for families who want to spend valuable time together, or couples looking for peace, closeness to the sea, and a touch of romance.

The host ( Kostas)was really friendly and always there for us. The place was clean and had everything — even bottles of mineral water. The beach was one of the best in the village and just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. We definitely recommend it. If we decide to come again, we’ll stay here for sure. Great for couples and families with small children. .

The house was very clean, the host(Giota) was very kind and very helpful. She told us some restaurants we could go to. There were mosquito nets on all windows and doors. AC in all rooms and living room. It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Everything was as in the photos. They had all the kitchen utensils we needed. Wifi was very good. Beach was walking distance.I definitely recommend it.

    The location is placed next to the main road but also very close to the beach. The apartment is big, very clean but also quiet. We found inside all the necessities. We took the key from the safe locker and left it there when we left.

    Perfect location, ideally for quite relaxing vacation. There are only few restaurants in the surrounding and two grocery stores at the main road. Otherwise, no shops or any nightlife activities :)

    Everything was great! More than I expected! Very clean and comfortable! Nice restaurants, cheap prices for food in town and the best icecream cakes ever! Close to other touristic attractions. We only visited Athos and Nikity, because we had everything at Kalives beach. We plan to come back with family and friends, Lord’s willing!

    Good location, close to a supermarket, a bakery and other eating establishments. It takes just a brief walk to the seaside which was very pleasant. The apartment is brand new. Very clean , modern and cosy. You have a microwave, a washing machine and a coffee machine. Extremely pleasant host with great attitude to accommodate and advise on all questions. Two TV sets with good programming options. Solid and reliable Wi-Fi. Nice table outside and an effective shade.

    From all, this was the best apartment we’ve been in Chalkidiki. Everything is clean, new and smells nice. For this price it’s very good deal. Friendly hosts will recommend you several places in the location.
