Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment had all the amenities we needed—fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a nice big balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and rest of the day. The location was perfect - just a short drive from the best beaches in Kassandra. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation. Our stay in this villa was exceptional. It was the ideal option for our big family with a baby. It is a very comfortable spacious villa, with a nice green garden, easily accessible, with a great access to the shops and the beach just nearby. We appreciated a lot the beautiful sea view from the balconies! We found the villa clean and tidy, all the baby equipment was available and the hosts especially kind and helpful. It will be definitely our choice for staying in Halkidiki in the future.

    We loved the location! The property is located very close to a beach with crystal clear turquoise waters but also close to the central street of the Kriopigi village. We loved the view of the small forest around the house full of pine trees and singing cicadas (the sound of Greek summer). The house was very clean and offered all the necessary amenities to make the vacation comfortable. We are thankful to our hosts who were very attentive to our every need🫶. We will definitely be coming back next year!

    Everything we are looking for in a house is thought out to the finest detail. The fact that it was full of treats was also nice and pleasing. Everything from the first aid kit to the home has been carefully thought out and placed. The house is very clean and very useful. The location of the house is both very quiet and very close to the dining places and beaches. The host is very friendly and helpful.

    The hotel is located in a good location, close to a water source, so the temperature here is a couple of degrees lower. The apartment has everything you need, it is very clean, there are compliments from the owners.

    Dimitris and Christos were very helpful with everything we needed and readily available to accommodate our requests. The houses were very clean, fully equipped with all needed appliances, and we were also provided with high-quality toiletries. The location was ideal for us, 30 mins from most beach bars and 5 minutes from the major clubs. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

    Very spacious, very clean rooms with large balcony and kitchenette equipped with everything you need.Very good location in the center of Kriopighi, but still quiet location with cafeteria, supermarkets and tavernas in 5 min walk.Beach is located in 15 min walk. Very good value for money.
