Perfectly kept newly build apartment. Great location too if you have a rental car and want seclusion. One other review mentions the the road towards the house is a difficult drive. If you've driven a mountain road once in your life you will be perfectly fine.

We‘ve been in Villa Rossa for the second time and we definitely will come back. The contact with Kallia was always reliable and friendly. If you like the Greek „country living“ with a perfect view, clean and comfortable rooms, some chickens and sweet cats outside then the Villa Rossa is for you.

This was the second time I stayed at Milva Apartments while passing through Kos town. Initially I booked it due to the great location considering the main bus stop and the ferry port. Both times the flats were very spacious and clean and had all necessary amenities. The check-in was easy and I even managed to get an earlier check-in both times. Also, great location in the middle of the town. I would stay here again!

Beautiful rooms, fabulous staff. Restaurants were amazing, second visit to an Ikos property and did not disappoint. You can do as much or as little as you like here, lots of activities bikes, canoes, walks, swimming, wine tasting, or as little as you like. Enough private spaces with the upgraded rooms to give a feeling of space. We were here at end of the season and the staff were still amazing. Book your restaurants, car hire, spa etc in advance as they will book out.

A true gem in the heart of Kos! Unicos City Suites impressed us from the moment we arrived. The space is modern, beautifully designed, and radiates a sense of comfort and understated luxury. It had everything we needed – and more: a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a bright, spacious bedroom. The location was superb – just a short walk to the beach, the harbor, and close to great restaurants and shops. Everything was within easy walking distance. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff were always helpful, polite, and professional. It felt like staying in a boutique hotel with all the comfort of a private apartment. Definitely one of those places we’d love to return to!

    The location of the vila is wonderful. The house is beautifully maintained and traditionally decorated. It has an amazing yard with colourful flowers and swings. The hosts, Eirini and Sakis,were friendly and always helpful whenever we needed them. You will enjoy having a carefree time there. I absolutely recommend it without any second thoughts. What an amazing job Saki and Eirini!

    stunning house, sunset from your own balcony. Very clean, well equipped. next door cafe to enjoy cocktails or breakfast next morning. this is an absolute must have visiting Zia. can’t recommend enough this location.
