Very clean, in a beautiful position. Excellent facilities, only stayed one night e route to Ithaki and this was perfect. Lovely pool , good air con. Restaurant at top of road good value and great Souvlaki.

I love this place! The Garden House is a cracking property on the outskirts of Lourdhata. The bedrooms are a great size, the pool and pool side are great with plenty of room, and there are tonnes of facilities in the kitchen. The view across the bay is to die for. Some people might find this a bit remote as the villa is up on the hill, and the roads are narrow. However, take it slow and you'll soon get used to it. Walking down to Lourdas beach is fine, and there's taxis available to get back up the hill (its steep, and hot!) Natasha and Wayne are also amazing hosts, and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. In essence, will be coming back here!!!

We had a suite with a private pool, and it was definitely worth the splurge. The patio/pool/view was so amazing we didn't want to leave our room. The complimentary breakfast is perfect, and there are hot options you can add for a little extra $$. We also loved that we could order dinner to our room, which saved us from venturing out at night (as we were nervous driving on the mountain roads in the dark). Best place we stayed out of 8 places in our trip to Greece.

    Great view, nice property, very clean facilities, very well maintained pool close to the studio, helpful staff. We were greeted with an ice cream upon our arrival. We could stay at the pool after the check out and even got cold water and ice cream and a little present from the host. Recommend the villas. The location was great for discovering the southern part of the island.

    This villa was perfect for us. We came along with teenagers and one pre-teen. Villa lovely and clean. Pool was great perfect temperature and also very clean. Location is good - steep walk down to beach but we are reasonably fit so all good. Lovely relaxing peaceful location with selection of shops and places to eat. Check in and check out straight forward and villa was cleaned whilst we were there. BBQ also great and really well thought out outdoor eating spaces. We loved our stay.

    Excellent location, short walk from tavernas on the beach and a market to get the essentials. Everything was very clean, regular room cleaning, comfy, lots of space for a couple and beautiful views. Teo was lovely, so helpful. Definitely come back!

    Fantastic appartment, very clean and amazing location.Fantastic views of the beach and the lovely veg garden growing tomatoes, cucumbers, onions so beautiful.Very close to all lovely restaurants and bars and very quiet and relaxing. Mrs Diona is the greatest host such a lovely warm person even gave us a cucumber to make a salad!! So lovely and helpful. Thank you

    Fabulous location steps away from the beach. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Beach beds on the beach were super comfy. Great to have a kitchen area for breakfast if you needed it. Good sized fridge freezer, kettle and microwave with grill. Walking distance to a selection of restaurants. The terrace was large, we opted for a sea view apartment and glad we did. Would definitely return.
