We really liked that although it is very close to taverns, the beach and various shops we had peace and there was no noise. The apartment is suitable for four people. The sofa is very comfortable and the bed as well.Clean sheets and towels, AC in both rooms, sea view from the bedroom window, coffee maker, kettle. I highly recommend it!

Nice, well equipped apartment. Comfortable for 4 adults. Barbecue and the garden table available for the guests. Air conditioning lets you sleep comfortably. Quiet, nice little town with good restaurants. Not overcrowded even in the high season. You can still find a local climate there, which is not easy in the other towns in Cassandria. 10 mins walk from a centre and the beach/port. Worth to see St Paul’s cave there. The Hosts are wonderful - friendly, helpful, provide what you require. Thanks for everything, Dimitra and Stergios !

    Everything. It was perfect. Very clean, very well equipped, walkable distance from taverns and markets, very good soundproofing. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and was eager to assist us with everything we needed at any time. Would recommend 100% to every group that wants a wonderful place to have fun!

    The villa was very clean and the host was super kind and thoughtful. She responded quickly and provided clear instructions. It had all the things we needed on our travel. We also had free parking in front of the villa and we were at walking distance from everything that we were interested in. The terrace was quite a nice place to spend your evenings. As there are very few places to stay in Nea Fokea, I really think this was the best place to be for 2 couples.

    The rooms were cleaned daily, the staff and the host were very polite and helpful. In the rooms, all the kitchen appliances and the AC were working. The garden around the place was beautiful, and the barbeque place and the outdoor kitchen were comfortable and easy to access. The place was close to 2 stunning beaches with clean blue water, ideal for snorkeling.

    Everything was great 😃 We had a wonderful time staying in this villa. The owners are very kind, the villa was spotless and the pool was also very clean 🫧 We left with joyful and happy memories. If you want to book this villa, you won't regret it. It's really exceptional 🤩
