Our stay at Villa Maria was nice and smooth. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures, very nice and clean and had all the necessary equipment. The hosts were friendly and willing to help if we needed anything. The proximity to the beach was perfect. There were a lot of families with children and it was a perfect choice for them. The children brought a lot of joy and energy to the place, which might not suit everyone (maybe older visitors), but for us it was not problem at all. Everyone always respected quiet hours and the walls insulated the noise well. We loved the big and spacious and shaded balcony. We came with a medium sized dog and there were not many options for walks with him but we managed. There was no problem with the dog on the beach either. The nearest beach had both sand and pebbles and the water was clean. The village center with restaurants and shops is close, but the area around the villa is quiet enough. Nea Skioni was a good place to walk around Kassandra. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria and can recommend it :)

First of all, the stuff & team are very nice and friendly which makes a good impact for us. The location was beautiful, simple and elegant and equipped with all you need. The mini bar had good stuff which was free! The breakfast was quite limited if you stay more than 3 days but was very good quality. I think I will be back next summer again here.

    Very friendly hosts, perfect location, very clean. Beautiful property with a nice garden with lots of olive trees. I personally liked that the kitchen was very well equipped. The beach is nice and really close (20 meters and 10 steps away), we did not have the need to go to any other beach, although there are nice beaches around. Would recommend it to friends.

    We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need. The location was perfect - quiet but still close to great restaurants and attractions. What really made our stay special were the incredible hosts.     Everything was great! Notos Suites is just the right place for relaxation. Very peaceful, with a clean swimming pool, the rooms are spotless, and also large bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable, pillows are magnificent. Location is a great starting point for touring other beaches and places. Our host was informative and was at our disposal.

    Location is excellent - beachfront. Very important-free parking all the time. Apartment is new and equipped with everything except oven. Bathroom is big with hot water all the time, hairdryer, washing machine, many towels and all other necessities. The host Konstantinos is very polite young man, affordable for everything, any time a day. We will certainly go there again.

    We loved the location since it was some 100 metres from a small and wild beach. However, the beach had stones and sea ​​urchins, so shoes are needed for sure. It's close to Nea Skioni where you can go to a shop, a sandy beach or a restaurant. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hosts were very kind and helpful.
