It is a stone house in the centre of Olympi, fully renovated. The hosts were very prompt and the house was fully prepared. The fridge was stocked with food for breakfast. Fresh figs were a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment which is only around 1min walk from Komi beach and 3min to the bars/cafes, which is very convenient. Very nice flair. Also all surrounding villages and beaches in the south can easily be reached by car.

Monika’s House is an absolute gem! A beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped home nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by mastic trees. It truly felt like a home away from home — everything you might need is there, including a fully stocked fridge and thoughtful touches throughout. We were warmly welcomed with traditional mastic and Greek treats, which made our stay even more special. After long days of exploring, swimming, and soaking up the sun, relaxing on the terrace with the soothing sound of cicadas was pure bliss. Monika was a fantastic host — incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great tips about must-see spots and tavernas serving the best seafood on the island. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Chios experience. Thank you, Monika, for your hospitality!

Great place to stay if you're in the area -- and with a car, much is convenient too. Comfortable, clean, nicely set up in the center of the medieval town; lovely balcony too; everything was just fine; and it was great having coffee available for our mornings. The location is close to the village of Mesta, one of the most beatiful villages in Chios. The Port of Mesta has a lot of nice restaurants and you can also easily access a lot of nice beaches. By following the road that goes north from the port, you can visit the beautiful beaches Didymes, Potamoi, Trachili and Elinta. Afterwards, you can go to avgonima or anavatos village to eat or have a coffee. You should also visit the beaches that are close to Mesta, such as Apothika, Merikounta, Avlonia, and combine that adventure with visiting the beatiful villages of Olympoi and Pyrgi which are also relatively close to the port.
