We are so excited and totally satisfied about our stay in the apartment !!!! We loved it from the very first step inside it !!!! It is far more beautiful than the photos show !!!! We were pleasantly surprized when we got inside !!! ----Super clean !! ----Kitchen fully equipped with more than you may need !! Lots of utensils!!! ----Complimentary Water, juice, coffee, sugar, e.t.c. ----Lots of details that make the stay so comfortable !! ---Extra towels,pillows, blankets e.t.c. in the wordrobe!!! ----Extremely homely atmosphere, it is a real super tastefully decorated apartment, not like the usual apartments for rent... ----Front sitting area with trees and flowers facing a quiet street and also a back yard sitting area. ----Quiet ,green area, free public parking in front or at nearby streets. ----Bus stop of No 56 bus to Thessaloniki is a 5 min. walk... ----Kind and attentive owner!!! ----Great Value for noney!!!! We are looking forward to our next stay at this adorable apartment !!! We already miss it !!! We strongly recommend it to everyone !!!

Excellent apartment at a reasonable price (40€ for two, early May). Well equipped kitchen with microwave (very rare in Greece) and oven. Washing machine with detergent supplied. Elevator access. Roomy balcony with retractable awning even though not needed much due to northern exposure. Easy street parking. Small market nearby and full commercial district 5 minutes on foot. Bus 28A stops one block away. 22 minute walk to waterfront. Supplied location was off by a block. A short foot search and 5 minutes driving uncooperative one way streets got the car correctly positioned. Google Maps "Konstantino's Luxury Studio" gets you to the right door.

Very specious. Good bed. It is quiet during nighttime and day time. Near is a mini market a few food tavernas. Really nice! The kitchen has everything you need for breakfast or lunch.. i am only sorry we couldn’t stay longer to take full advantage to what the apartment has to offer. It is also great you have a parking space with it which is covered and not on the street.

The apartment was very nice and very spacious, everything we needed was provided. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Very convenient access and perfect communication from the owner before we arrived. For us the area was great, next to the station and we used the buses a lot to get anywhere we needed, €2.50 for a 24hour ticket was perfect. Also very easy to walk into the centre of town. Plenty of local shops for whatever we needed. All in all, very good value for money. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Thessaloniki.
