Alexandra, Katerina, and Yan are incredible hosts. The room was cozy and inviting, making our stay very pleasant. We also had a fantastic terrace where we enjoyed great conversations and relaxed. Jan was especially kind and friendly, offering us chocolate and drinks, which added a personal touch to our experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Skopelos!

One of the best places I have ever been in the Greece. Clean apartment, kind and warm hosts, near the city center and in the peaceful neighbourhood. They changed towels almost every single day. You are not going to see that practise in the hotels unless you are in the 5 star hotel. Bad sheets were also changed every few days. The room is clean and well equiped. It is furnished with a warm touch. The best part of this apartment is the view of the sea coast and city center. I think that we had the luck to book the best apartment in this property. Nicolas family is really nice. His sister and mother welcomed us and made our stay as comfortable. The city center is in a distance of 5-10 minutes. The main bus station and taxi station is 5 minutes away. If you are going to Velanio beach in the summer season my advice is to take a taxi for the return ride. It is a 10 euros ride. Just keep in mind that buses can be crowded in the summer season. Be there 15-20 minutes before departure otherwise you are going to stand the whole time. Right from this property is a city beach. It can be a great break if you don't have the energy to visit beaches on the other side of the island.

The place definitely exceeded our expectations in absolutely all respects! LOCATION - perfect - a few steps from the ferry, bus stop, taxis. Close to the promenade and all shops and restaurants. VIEW- great, a step from the beach across the street. The beach in front is shallow, sandy and with crystal clear water. There are umbrellas against consumption. ACCOMODATION - I don't know where to start, 10 out of 10 💙 The owners and staff are great, incredibly kind and attentive and responsive to every whim 😍 Communication - perfect. ROOM - tiny, but absolutely sufficient for a couple, organized and arranged excellently and with a lot of taste and flair. You feel right at home. The bed is big and comfortable. BATHROOM - is small, but comfortable, and with everything you need, incl. toiletries and towels. Cleanliness - I have rarely come across such a clean, but very clean place, including the common areas are sparkling and you can even walk barefoot (tested, as I did my morning workouts on the common terrace 😍 The balcony is small, but it's ok for two, especially with this view! The clothes dryers are very wisely placed on the common terrace with the room number, clever ;💙 I'm probably missing something, but whatever else you can think of - it will be 10. They even put up blinds outside during the day so it doesn't get too hot, truly unique hosts !!! I will definitely recommend the place and I hope we come again! Thank you!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we received a lot of good advice on food, attractions and activities around the island. The hosts were very communicative and made us feel like home. We enjoyed this location very much as it also had a common space dedicated to groups in the yard behind the house where we could sit and play board games. Room cleaning was done daily and A/C was very efficient.

Absolutely stunning atmosphere of the place, its location and the vibe it gives. The studio is small but big enough to offer a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and nice. The host welcomed us, gave us instructions and recommendations for the area. The view is as at the pictures, absolutely amazing, at night you can just sit at the balcony and enjoy the night sky and the sea(don’t forget on repellent). Right under the accommodation are 2 beaches, we recommend to walk a bit more to the second one through a small forest because you’ll end up on the empty beach, with beach bar, sun beds and umbrellas. Close to the house is beautiful restaurant where you can have lunch or dinners. We took cabs to come to the venue, and it was always comfortable even when we went for the trips to the other cities. Definitely recommend and would come back.

Our pink apartment was beautiful, with an adjoining garden and the option to sit in the shade of the olive tree in the morning, and on the terrace in the afternoon with a stunning view of the sea. By Greek standards, it was spacious and everything was clean. There was a toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker, oven, hairdryer, and a fridge with a freezer. The gentleman picked us up at the ferry and drove us to the apartment. Irene brought us apricots from her own garden. The view of the whole town and harbor is truly unique and charming. However, I recommend having a scooter, car, or quad bike – it’s about a 3-minute ride from the port by scooter, but it’s a steep hill. Thank you for the hospitality!
