The location is excellent, right across from the sea and situated on a street full of shops and restaurants. Everything was spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to shorten our vacation. What truly stood out was the empathy and support we received from both the manager and the front desk staff — their kindness made a difficult moment much easier to bear. We’re truly grateful and would love to return!

The location and the room were excellent. Our host, Ms. Despina, was very attentive and helpful. The location was amazing. The parking lot is a 5-minute walk away, which I consider an advantage, as it allows for easy access instead of navigating the narrow streets of the city. It more than met all our expectations.

The best value for money I’ve even experienced. The location and set up is just amazing, you can’t get enough. Inside out everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was exquisite, still having the delicious taste of the traditional strapatsada in my mouth! Loved the beachside and the privacy. Loved the coffee. Loved the pillows! I recently stayed at this incredible hotel and I cannot express enough how perfect my experience was. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated. overall ambiance was just perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the barmen, who was a truly exceptional person. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness were the true essence of what made this hotel special.     We have enjoyed our stay at Nikola's villa. It was very clean and in a perfect location and in a very quiet area with only 1 minute walk from the beach. Villa is very close to all shops such as bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc etc. There is a parking space for two vehicles and once you park your car there is no need to touch it until your check-out. Nikola is very nice person, very helpful and always ready to respond. Highly recommend to everyone and hope to visit it again.

    The room was perfect for my stay, plenty big enough, very clean, and kitchen and wardrobe access. The location was also perfect, 2 minutes walk from the beachfront. I didn't meet any staff but my room was cleaned each day and new towel/bedsheets I think every other day. Lockbox was easy and communicating via WhatsApp with the staff was really easy and reliable! Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

    Location is great, close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Private parking in the garden of the villa A big studio, tall cellings, kitchen small fridge, balcony where you can relax, all home confort. Air conditioning works very well, hot water all the time. Bed sheets and towels very clean and with a lovely smell. Pictures presented in the listing are very accurate. The TV is small but because of the location we did not use it that much so I do not consider it a minus.
