It was perfect place to stay, easy parking, very clean hotel. Its a new hotel just recently opened. Architect made a good job to use correct soft colors when decorating the hotel and rooms. Staf was extra friendly and very helpful. Maria and Despina at the reception, also Vaso the hausekeeper were wonderful. Anticipate our extra and special needs such as black tea and extra coffee in the room. Thank you very much for everything. If you dont increase the prices you will be our first choice when we come back to Lesvos again.

We recently enjoyed a short stay in this wonderful apartment and were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They made the check-in process seamless and were always available for any questions or assistance. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. It had all the amenities we could have asked for—fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and plenty of thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable.Also the apartment is in tye city centre which is a very big plus ! The space was modern, quiet, and tastefully decorated, which made it feel like a true home away from home. We especially appreciated the small extras, like complimentary coffee and toiletries, which added a personal and welcoming feel. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and professionally hosted place to stay. We’d love to return in the future!

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's a stunning, newly renovated property that has preserved its original stone and timber features. We loved that it's entirely smoke-free and impeccably clean. The room was exceptionally quiet, and Sokratis was wonderfully kind and considerate.

We loved EVERYTHING about Elias. We stayed here for 15 of our 1-month stay in Lesvos and as we left there were hugs and tears. The breakfasts were exceptional. They cleaned our rooms every day, and we felt so looked after that I don't know what I'll do when I have to go home and clean for myself 😜. The location is dreamy. Pool area is absolutely special, surrounded by ancient olive trees and stone. The furnishing, the beds, the kitchen.. just everything was though about and I just can't fault a thing. I'm so glad we found this place and we'll be coming back year after year for sure.

The hotel has a superb location. It is close to the city center, all the good restaurants (eg Kalderimi 5 minutes by walking), the port (200 m) from and a blue flag beach (300 m). The staff was very helpful, friendly and very polite. The rooms are very clean and complimentary refreshments such as water and soda. could be found in the refrigerator. The breakfast was very rich and everything was tasty and fresh. Although I haven't tried the room service you can always find hot water at the buffet area near the lobby. I loved my stay. It was perfect. I would definitely go back if I visited Lesbos again.

    Inside an olive garden very calm and peaceful place. Room was amazing with a full seaview terrace. Alex is a great host helps a lot about local experiences. Perama village center is very close can find nice restaurants and pubs. Nearby there are beaches to enjoy. Only the location is 40 minutes drive to Myteline center can be a problem without car but it is worth it. We will definetely come here again.

    We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the super welcoming and helpful staff. They were available to solve our transportation problem and with their suggestions on where to go in the island. Our roomd were very clean and well decorated, overall the vibe is very relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast was also quite nice with a good selection of food. The hotel also has a cute little beach in front which we also enjoyed. We would really like to go there again to stay for a longer time. Thanks to Alex and his staff again for amazing hospitality!

    The location is far from the center - but the perfect place to find peace. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The facility has a great setting. Among the olive trees, you listen to the silence. If I were to go again, I would like to stay longer in the same place. Thanks for everything.
