So I booked this property completely by accident...misread the name. I faced it with some trepidation as there were no reviews ( turns out there is an error with the spelling on the website , so reviews are not getting logged correctly)and was a non refundable booking even though I reported my error within 3hrs. Turns out it was the best mistake ever! I have only positive things to say about the owners ,Anthoula and Spiros, and my experience there. I wasnt treated like a guest but like a family member. I had my Mamma Mia and Big Fat Greek wedding experience in the space of a few days. There were midnight feasts ,with mandolin playing and lessons in greek dancing and a very irate neighbor telling us to shut the f up; A very sumptuous lunch under the orange trees prepared by Anthoula; fresh fruit and vegetables miraculously appearing on the terrace table overnight( courtesy of the fairy godmother that is Anthoula, picked fresh from their farm); invites to watch her sing in the local choir, and perform a traditional dance in the village. Taken out by Spiros on his boat for a memorable ocean adventure. Able to help out on the farm milking goats.The grandkids a pure delight to spend time with. Having only two apartments , the experience was intimate. I had lovely fellow guests and we felt like one big happy family. We're already planning the reunion. Clearly this may not be the experience everyone gets or wants....if you want some quiet solitude, in no way will you be coerced into socializing. I personally loved the warmth. More about the actual property. It is located in a quiet village, in a rural setting. The beach a 15minute walk away. The southern part of the island feels more authentic and untamed. The property has a well equipped kitchen, access to a washing machine and is very clean. Having a car helps to get around to visit some of the secluded beaches and eating spots.There is a bus that goes through the town to get to lefkimmi or corfu town.

We really enjoyed our stay in the clean and well-maintained apartment with air conditioning. It was conveniently located near shops and cafés, and the location was excellent, with access to two beaches: the eastern beach only 20 min walk offering beautiful views of the Greek mountains and the western beach featuring stunning sandy shores and great tavernas. Additionally, the port, just a 10-minute drive away, provided opportunities for excursions to the islands and nearby blue lagoons. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Second time staying, the hosts Maria and Spyros are excellent. The room was big enough for a family of 3 (child aged 9). Cleanliness is spot on. The cooking facilities are adequate for meal preps for a week, which we supplemented with a few nights out. Located 5 walking minutes from the beautiful Santa Barbara beach. This is not the last time we're here for sure.

There is always a smily and pleasant person to wellcome you during your arrival.The room was very cosy, clean and comfortable. The place was not only amazing but close to the sea as well. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Amazing cleanliness, room cleaning every day. Change of bed linen and towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The hostess is very responsive, every day she was interested in how we were doing and whether we needed help. The pool is clean, the water is warm. The whole area is covered in flowers, very cozy. There is a shop and a supermarket within a two-minute walk. The sea in this place is incredibly warm, but shallow.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach and the center. The room was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is amazing! They even printed our paperwork and let us use the pool after the checkout. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the cleaning ladies were really nice.

Loved everything about this hotel. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the service and amenities were beyond our expectations. This hotel is absolutely incredible. We stayed in a terrace suite with a sea view which was so beautiful. The attention to every detail from the furnishing and decoration and design right down to the Jo Malone toiletries was of a superior standard and quality. The breakfast was extensive and also high quality. The location whilst surrounded by other properties still feels exclusive. The beach on front of the property was also beautifully clean with crystal clear water.

    The outer area was really beautiful, with lots of plants and the room had a view towards the olives and the garden. It was very quiet and peaceful. The location was around 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close from good restaurants. Thank you, Vivi! We had a wonderful time! Very clean also and the kitchenette provided all you needed for breakfast.

    The apartment is in a great location, the beach is close. The owners are very hospitable. It was very clean, towels were changed every 2 days. The room is equipped with everything you need.

    It is a really lovely place! Ideal location. Walk 15 seconds to the store, 3 minutes to the sea. Daily cleaning, own stove, fridge, sink. There are mosquito nets everywhere. Very hospitable hosts. Nikos and Sofia helped with information and were very pleasant to communicate with my son and me. Konstantina promptly helped with questions on the chat on Booking. The price/quality ratio is perfect. I will do my best to come back here next year. Thank you!

    Everything, the beds were a little hard for my liking but that honestly didn’t matter, it was in the best location I could have picked the area was paradise, Spiros and Maria were amazing, Spiros would rustle up a cheap taxi and would do anything to make ur stay so much better, Maria she was amazing always had the beds made and cleaned ur room daily, that’s a task especially after my two children 🤦‍♀️ I loved it we will definitely be back but for a longer period next time

    The hosts are very nice people, really doing their best to make the customers happy. The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the Santa Barbara beach. The place is very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Maria and will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Corfu!
