Everything was perfect! I requested an early check Inn and our room was ready from 11 am. Location - right next to the sea, but also close to shops and a bus stop. Hotel perfectly clean, rooms cleaned daily. Hotel area with lots of flowers and trees The pool is perfectly clean, plenty of sunbeds around. The restaurant is located right on the beach. The food was delicious, especially the mussels, but everything was perfect! The chef really knows how to cook. Hotel service - very nice! Niki, Kliton, Chef, Bartender and cleaning Lady - Thanks to your kindness, our family stay was very successful. Everything is much better than in the pictures! We'll be back for sure!

This is a family managed Hotel. The people are extremely friendly and the service is perfect. Fantastic breakfast, lunch and also nice dinner under old trees with different choices right on the Beach. The quality of the food was also wonderful. The room has been newly designed last year and is very well equipped incl. refrigerator, good coffee machine and air conditioning. The hotel has also a swimming pool. We can recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to enjoy a great holiday in Crete.

Everything, the acommodation was great, really close to the beach, clean, near good restaurants and markets, so everything you want was close. The host was great, really good hospitality and a great person, helping with everything you need about the apartment and everything outside the apartment. If you are going to Crete and want to stay in Platanias, this is the right place to stay. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Katerina, and once again everything was perfect. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were always very clean thanks to the lovely lady who took care of the cleaning. There’s also a beautiful little garden where you can relax, and right behind it is the beach – just a few steps away. The location is excellent, with everything close by: shops, restaurants, supermarkets, even Lidl. We truly recommend this place! Gosia & Bartek

    The location was amazing for the purpose of our trip and upon arrival we we greeted very enthusiastically showing us around the stay. The owner was extremely friendly and made sure everything was very clean consistently. The air-conditioning worked amazing especially when it was super hot.
